Gathered T-Shirt

There's this picture for the pin that is a T-Shirt that's gathered on the one side and it's cute.

 So this leads you to believe this is a shirt that she made, but she bought it.  She tried to mimic it and I don't think it worked out so well.

From her directions, it seems difficult and I don't think that it looks like the original.
